A By-Law of the Corporation of the
Township of Pickering to authorize
the execution by the Reeve and Clerk
of an Agreement between Paulrow
Investments et al and the Corporation
of the Township of Pickering.
The Council of the Corporation of the Township of
Pickering ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
THAT the Reeve and Clerk be authorized to execute
a Development Agreement between Paulrow Investments
Limited et al and the Corporation of the Township
of Pickering dated the 20th day of April, 1970.
By-Law read a First, Second and Third Time and PASSED
this 20th day of April, 1970.
