A By-law authorizing the execution of
an Agreement of Purchase and Sale for
part road allowance between Lots 16
and 17, Conc. 2 to the Department of Highways.
WHEREAS the Council agreed to accept the offer of purchase
and sale received from the Department of Highways, for part
road allowance between Lots 16 and 17, Conc. 2, by Resolution
# Z/.ZO ;
The Council of the Corporation of the Township of Pickering
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. THAT the Reeve and Clerk be authorized to execute the Agreement
of Purchase and Sale to the Department of Highways for that
part of road allowance between Lots 16 and 17, Concession 2
as shown on Schedule "A" attached hereto as Plan 1922-53.
By-law read a first, second and third time and PASSED in
open Council this 2nd day of March , 1970.
