A By-law authorizing the execution of a
deed for sale of part road allowance
Lot 20, Conc. 1 to the Department of
Highways.
WHEREAS the Council agreed to accept the offer of purchase
and sale received from the Department of Highways December
23, 1969, for part Lot 20, Conc. 1 by Resolution k138169;
The Council of the Corporation of the Township of Pickering
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. THAT the Reeve and Clerk be authorized to execute the deed
of land between the Corporation of the Township of
Pickering and the Department of Highways for that part of
road allowance in Part Lot 20, Conc. 1 as shown on
Schedule "A" attached hereto as Plan 1922-77.
By-Law read a first, second a d third time and PASSED in open
