A By-Law of the Corporation of the
Township of Pickering to appoint
inspectors to enforce the Trench
Excavators' Protection Act in the
Township of Pickering, and to repeal
By-Law Number 3686.
BE IT ENACTED by the Corporation of the Township of Pickering
that:
1. Poul Poulsson, P. Eng., be and he is hereby appointed
Inspector to enforce the Trench Excavators' Protection
Act, 1954, and amendments thereto, in the Township of
Pickering.
2. R. J. Hutchinson be and he is hereby appointed Inspector
to enforce the Trench Excavators' Protection Act, 1954,
and amendments thereto, in the Township of Pickering.
3. Salvatore Gelsomino be and he is hereby appointed Inspector
to enforce the Trench Excavators' Protection Act, 1954)
and amendments thereto, in the Township of Pickering.
4. John Keeler be and he is hereby appointed Inspector to
enforce the Trench Excavators' Protection Act, 1954, and
amendments thereto, in the Township of Pickering.
5. Lawrence Marino be and he is hereby appointed Inspector
to enforce the Trench Excavators' Protection Act, 1954,
and amendments thereto, in the Township of Pickering.
6. By-Law Number 3686 be and the same is hereby repealed.
By-Law read a first, second and third time and PASSED in open
Council this X day of ?) 1970.
