A By-law of the Corporation of the
Township of Pickering to name members
to comprise the Plumbers' Licensing
Board of the Township of Pickering.
WHEREAS By-law Number 3332 provided that the Township should
license and regulate Plumbers Master Plumbers, Journeyman
Plumbers, Drain Contractors, brain Layers and Apprentices and
that a Plumbers' Licensing Board of four persons be named who
will set examinations and mark papers of applicants:
BE IT THEREFORE ENACTED by the Council of the Corporation of
the Township of Pickering that:
1. The Plumbe.rs'Licensing Board of the Township of Pickering
shall comprise the following named persons:
(a) Reeve John R. Williams
(b) Master Plumber Don Hargreaves
(c) Master Plumber George Christenson
(d) Journeyman Plumber W. M. Kitchener
(e) Plumbing Inspector, John Keeler
with the Plumbing Inspector acting as Secretary to the
Board.
2. The Board members shall be paid a fee of $15.00 by the
Township Treasurer for each meeting.
3. By-Law Number 3621 is hereby repealed.
4. This by-law shall become effective on the date of passing
and remain in force until its repeal.
