A By-Law of the Corporation of the
Township of Pickering to appoint
members to the Township of Pickering
Committee of Adjustment.
BE IT ENACTED by the Municipal Council of the Township cf Pickering
that:
1. The Committee of Adjustment shall consist of five (5) members
appointed at large.
2. The following members are hereby appointed as members for the
periods indicated:
to January 1st, 1973

3. The following shall continue as members for the periods
indicated:
Gerry Allman to January 1st, 1971
G. Beckstead to January 1st, 1972
A T). Holmes to January 1st, 1972
4. The members shall hold office until replaced by another by-law.
5. The members shall be paid fifteen dollars ($15.00) per diem,
plus twelve cents (12¢) per mile necessarily travelled in
this capacity.
6. By-Law Number 3662 be and the same is hereby repealed insofar
as it affects this by-law.
7. This By-law shall become effective on date of passing.
