A By-law of the Corporation of the
Township of Pickering to repeal By-law
3761/70.
WHEREAS By-law 3417 to appoint the firm of
Deloitte, Plender, Haskins & Sells is a continuing. by-law;
AND WHEREAS it is not necessary that Council appoint
auditors annually;
BE IT THEREFORE RESOLVED that By-law 3761/70
appointing auditors for the year 1970 be rescinded, and that
By-law 3419 continue in effect at Council's discretion.
By-law read a first, second and third time and
PASSED in open Council this 4__ day of , 1970.
