A By-law of the Corporation of the
Township of Pickering to appoint a
Parks and Recreation Director for the
Township of Pickering.
WHEREAS R.S.O. 1960 C 249, Sect. 377, Sub-Sect. 58
authorized the appointment of certain officers for the purposes
of the Corporation;
.BE IT THEREFORE ENACTED by the Municipal Council of
the Township of Pickering that:
1. DAVID E. BASS be and he is hereby appointed Parks
and Recreation Director for the Township of Pickering
and shall commence his duties the 5th day of
January, 1970.
2. The duties of the said Parks and Recreation Director
shall be those as prescribed by Council from time
to time.
By-Law read a First, Second and Third Time and PASSED in open
Council this -# day of 1970.
