A By-law of the Corporation of the
Township of Pickering to appoint
members to the Township of Pickering
Public Library Board, and to repeal
By-Law Number 3722.
WHEREAS The Public Libraries Act, 1966, under Section 5, Subsection 2,
provides for the appointment of members to a Public Library Board;
AND WHEREAS By-law 321$ of the Township of Pickering created a public
library for the whole Township;
BE IT THEREFORE ENACTED that the following persons shall comprise
the Library Board of the Township of Pickering and shall serve for
the term indicated.
1. The following member is hereby appointed for the period indicated

2. The following shall continue as members for the periods indicated.
Mrs. Milton J. Mowbray to January 1, 1972 (Council)
Mrs. N. Rowan to January 1, 1972 (Public School)
Mrs. D. O'Reilly to January 1, 1971 (Separate School)
Mr. J. C. Weber to January 1, 1972 (Council)
Mrs. E. B. Phin to January 1, 1972 (Public School)
Mrs. E. Walcott to January 11 1971 (Separate School)
Mr. Alban C. Ward to January 1, 1972 (Public School)
Mr. John G. Spragge to January 1, 1972 (Council)
By-Law Number 3722 be and the same is hereby repealed.
Read a First, Second and Third Time and PASSED in open Council
