BY-LAW NUMBER 32V.2/70
A By-Law of the Corporation of the
Township of Pickering to appoint members
to the Township of Pickering Planning
Board.
BE IT ENACTED by the Municipal Council of the Township of
Pickering that:
1. The Planning Board shall consist of seven (7) members,
consisting of two (2) members of Council and five (5)
members appointed at large.
2. The following are hereby appointed as members for the
periods as indicated:

3. The following shall continue as members for the periods
as indicated:
B. Lowe to January 1, 1972

D. Binger to January 1, 1971
A. Knight to January 1, 1971
¢. The members shall hold office until replaced by another
by-law.
5. The members shall be paid fift een dollars ($15.00) per
diem, plus t welve cents (12¢) per mile necessarily
travelled in this capacity.
6. By-Law 3636 be and the same is hereby repealed.
7. This By-law shall be effective January 1, 1970.
