THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF
PICKERING ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. That the Reeve and Clerk be authorized to execute
an Agreement made between The Corporation of the Township
of Pi.ckering and Marb-O-Matic Corporation Limited dated
the 30th day of April 1970.
READ a FIRST, SECOND and THIRD time and passed in
open Council this t? day of 1970.
