BY-LAW NUMBER O/
Being a by-law to authorize the
Reeve and Clerk to execute an
agreement between John Stephenson
& Associates Ltd. and the Township
of Pickering.
WHEREAS the Corporation of the Township of Pickering
proposes to construct an arena on the Greenwood
Athletic Field;
AND WHEREAS the said construction may be phased so as
to facilitate the financing thereof and so as to
enable the various units to be used independently
as completed.
AND WHEREAS John Stephenson and Associates have been
retained by the Corporation of the Township of Pickering
on behalf of the Greenwood Community Association (Inc.)
for the proposed Community Centre and Arena;
NOW THEREFORE the Reeve and Clerk are authorized to
execute the agreement between John Stephenson and
Associates Ltd. and the Corporation of the Township
Pickering authorizing the said John Stephenson and
Associates Ltd. to prepare drawings for the proposed
of
Community Centre and Arena, Phase --ele pl)?B
By-law read a first, second and third time and passed
in open Council this 6th day of December, 1971.
