WHEREAS the Council of the Cornoration of them
'I'on-rnshin of Pickering on the 5th day of April 1971 7,ave
third roadinf to said Ry-law 3892/70 whereby the construction

Broken Front Range 3 of the Township of Pickering was suthori7-d
at an esti.ma''ad cost, of 385,000.00, and the borrowing; of the
sum of `p350,000.00 in respect thereto was also authorized.
AND WH'ERKAS by Order of the Ontario Municipal.
Board dated the 30th day of September 1Q71 the Board approved
an additional rrperditure in the sum of $5.040.00 and
authnri^ed the nassing of all rcnui^ite by-law, inclu(lir
by-laws providing for the issues of debentures in a principal
amount not exceeding $110,000.00 and repayable within the term
prescribed in the orirrinal Board Order dated th- 30th day r,f
March 1.971, namely, twenty years.
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCTT, OF THE CORPORATT')N OF
THR TOWNSHIP OF PICKERING ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:-
1.. That section 1 of said By-lata 3892/70 b? amended
to delete the figures `!385,000.00 and to substitute therefor
the figure of `,),38,090.00.
P. That section 2 of thn said By-law 3892/70 be
and the same is her-:by amended by deleting the figures
$350,000.00 and substituting; therefor bhe figures 5390,000.00.
