being a by-law to authorize
execution of Deed dated November
15th 1971.
WHEREAS F.T. Developments Limited, a company incorporated
under the laws of the Province of Ontario, conveyed a parcel of land
containing 8 acres more or less to The Corporation of the Township
of Pickering in Lot 22, Concession 1 of the Township;
AND WHEREAS the Township desires to exchange the said
parcel of land for other lands owned by F.T.Developments Limited
in said Lot 22 and has agreed to reconvey the original 8 acre parcel
to F.T. Developments Limited in exchange for other lands.
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE
TOWNSHIP OF PICKERING ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. That the Reeve and Clerk be authorized to execute
a Deed from The Corporation of the Township of Pickering to F.T.
Developments Limited, dated the 15th day of November 1971, for
8 acres more or less in Lot 22, Concession 1 of the Township of
Pickering.
READ a FIRST, SECOND and THIRD time and passed in
open Council this 1S- day of November 1971.
