BY-LAW NUMBER O7? ?/
A By-law to authorize the signing of
an agreement between the Corporation
of the Township of Pickering and the
Roman Catholic Episcopal Corporation
for the Diocese of Toronto in Canada
in the development of Part Lot 28,
in Range 3, Broken Front Concession.
WHEREAS the Roman Catholic Episcopal Corporation of the
Diocese of Toronto are desirous of developing that part
of Lot 28 in Range 3 of the Township of Pickering
designated as Part I on a survey deposited in the
Registry Office for the Registry Division of the County
of Ontario as Plan 40R-571;
AND WHEREAS the Township of Pickering is agreeable to
the development of these lands provided a site plan
agreement setting out certain conditions as to its
development in accordance to Township standards;
BE IT THEREFORE ENACTED that the Reeve and Clerk be
authorized to execute said agreement.
By-law read a first, second and third time and PASSED
in open Council this 114 T'Cday of , 1971.
