being a by-law to authorize the
execution of an easement to The
Hydro Electric Power Commission
of Ontario dated October 13,
1971.
WHEREAS the Council of the Township of Pickering
closed part of Brock Road in range 3 and authorized the
conveyance of part of the land so closed;
AND WHEREAS it is necessary to grant The Hydro
Electric Power Commission of Ontario an easement for an
existing Hydro land located on the said lands.
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THr,
TOWNSHIP OF PICKFRTNG ENACTS AS POLL IS:
1. That the Reeve and Clerk are hereby authorized to
execute a grant of easement dated October 132 1971 over
that part of the road allowance between lots 18 and 19 in
range 3 of the Township of Pickering, lying 10 feet on
either side of the center line of the existing pole line.
