BY-LAW NUMBER ILO/
A by-law to authorize the signing of
a Site Plan Agreement between the
Township of Pickering and the
Roman Catholic Episcopal Corporation
for the Diocese of Toronto in Canada.
WHEREAS the Roman Catholic Episcopal Corporation
for the Diocese of Toronto in Canada is required to
enter into a Site Plan Agreement with the Corporation
of the Township of Pickering for the construction of a
church to be known as Holy Redeemer Church, on Part
Lot 28, Range III, B. F. Concession;
AND WHEREAS said Site Plan Agreement sets out in
specific terms the requirements of the municipality
with respect to the construction of said church;
BE IT THEREFORE RESOLVED that the Reeve and Clerk be
authorized to execute said agreement.
By-law read a First, Second and Third Time and PASSED
in open Council this 18A day of October, 1971.
