A by-law to authorize the execution
of a deed dated September 24, 1971.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF
PICKERING ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. THAT the Reeve and Clerk be authorized to
execute a deed in favour of the Department of
Transportation and Communications for Parts
6 and 25 on a reference plan deposited in the
Registry Office for the Registry Division of
Ontario County as Plan 40-R-549.
By-law read a first, second and third time and
PASSED in open Council this day of October, 1971.
