HomeMy WebLinkAboutBy-law 4060/71S ( ./?l. -)/Si / THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF PICKERINu BY-LAW number 4/01 O 7/ being a by-law to dedicate cer- tain lands as a public highway. WHEREAS the lands herein were conveyed to The Corpo- ration of the Township of Pickering fox the opening of a public road by the subdivider of Plan M-20 and to satisfy conditions of the Committee of Adjustment to be fulfilled by The County of Ontario Separate School Board prior to the granting of consents to convey abutting lands and it is deemed necessary to dedicate part of the said lands as a public high- way so that the lands at the south-east will have frontage on a public street and to reserve dedication of a one foot strip along the westerly and south-westerly portion of the lands conveyed to the Corporation until the abutting lands are developed. NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF PICKERINS ENACTS AS FOLLOWS: 1. That the lands described in Schedule "A" annexed hereto and forming part of this by-law are hereby dedicated as a public highway. READ a first, second and third time and passed in open Council this `Y day of v-d- , 1971. n v Reeve I ,I Jerk SCHEDULE "A" Firstly ALL of Block DX and the one foot reserve at the westerly end of said Block DX as shown on a plan registered in the office of Land Titles at Whitby as Plan M-20. Secondly ALL AND SINGULAR that certain parcel or tract of land and premises situate lying and being in the Township of Pickering in the County of Ontario and being composed of that part of Lot 28 in Range 3 of the Township of Pickering designated as PART 3 on a plan deposited in the Registry Office for the Registry Division of the County of Ontario as Plan 40R-571.
