being a by-law to authorize the
execution of an agreement of
purchase and sale.
WHEREAS it is deemed necessary to acquire a
parcel of land in Lot 22, Concession 1 of the Township
of Pickering for the sum of $50,925.00 and to authorize
the execution of an offer to the owner providing for
the purchase of the said property.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY ENACTED:
1. That the Reeve and Clerk are authorized to
execute an agreement of purchase and sale dated September
20th 1971 providing for the purchase of that part of Lot
22 in Concession 1 of the Township of Pickering known as
1373 Finch Avenue for the sum of $50,925.00 from Mrs.
Tina Diakew and to execute all documents required to
complete the said purchase.
READ a FIRST and SECOND TIME in open Council this
