WHEREAS certain cemeteries in the Township have been unused for many years, and are now in bad state of repair, and can be considered abandoned; BE IT THEREFORE ENACTED by the Municipal Council of the Township of Pickering that; 1. The cemeteries herein listed shall become the property of the Township of Pickering: Concession 1, part of the north half of Lot 19 - .85 acres - Concession 1, part of the south half of Lot 12 - .04 acres Concession 20 part of the north half of Lot 18 - .50 acres - Concession 4, part of the north half of Lot 17 - .52 acres Concession 4, part of the north half of Lot 19 - .56 acres Concession 5, part of the south half of Lot 20 - 1.00 acre- Concession 6, part of the north half of Lot 21 - .58 acres - Concession 7, part of the north half of Lot 24 - 1.00 acre Concession 9, part of the north half of Lot 33 - .50 acres Concession 91 part of the south half of Lot 12 - .56 acres 2. The Cemetery board shall comprise all Members of Council. 3. By-law numbers 2177, 2303 and 2553 are hereby repealed. 4.
