By-Law Number
Being a by-law to authorize the
execution by the Reeve and Clerk
of an Agreement between the
Corporation of the Township of
Pickering and the Corporation of
Village of Pickering.
WHEREAS by Resolution #318/71 Council have authorized the
execution of an Agreement between the Corporation of the
Township of Pickering and the Corporation of the Village
of Pickering in connection with the use by the Township of
the Village fire hydrants for fire fighting purposes;
AND WHEREAS it is desirable that the Municipality enter
into such an agreement;
BE IT THEREFORE ENACTED that the Reeve and Clerk be authorized
to execute the said Agreement.
By-law read a first, second and third time and PASSED this
day of , 1971.
