WHEREAS by By-law Number 2490 The Corporation of the Township of Pickering defined water area Number 1 was established as including all lands in the Township of Pickering lying west of Rouge River and between provincial Highway Number 401 and Lake Ontario, and between the Town of Ajax and Rouge River. AND WHEREAS by By-law Number 2943 the water area Number 1 was enlarged by adding thereto those lands in the said Township described as follows: COMMENCING at the north limit of said provincial Highway Number 401 where it is intersected by a line distant 200 feet east of the east limit of the road allowance between Lots 26 and 27 in Range 3; THENCE NORTHERLY along the said line 200 feet east of the said road allowance to the south boundary of the Canadian National Railway right-of-way to a point along the westerly limit of Lot 29; THENCE SOUTHERLY parallel to the said road allowance between Lots 30 and 31 to the northerly limit of Highway 401; THENCE EASTERLY along the northerly limit of Highway 401 to the point of commencement. AND WHEREAS by By-law Number 3190 passed on the 16th day of August 1966 the defined water area Number 1 of the Township of Pickering was further enlarged by adding thereto the lands described as follows: ALL the lands north of provincial Highway 401 lying between the Township of Scarborough and the Village of Pickering south of the road allowance between Concession 1 and Concession 2, excepting the lands already included in water area Number 1 as described by By-law 2943, so that defined water area Number 1 may be described as follows: -2- ALL lands in the Township of Pickering lying south of the road allowance between Concession 1 and Concession 2 and north of Lake Ontario bounded on the west by the east limit of the Township of Scarborough and bounded on the east by the west limit of the Village of Pickering and the Town of Ajax. AND WHEREAS it is deemed necessary to enlarge the said defined water area Number 1. NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF PICHERING ENACTS AS FOLLOWS: 1. Defined water area Number 1 of the Township of Pickering is hereby enlarged by adding thereto the following described lands all of which front on the north side of Finch Avenue in the said Township (otherwise known as the Road Allowance between Concessions 1 and 2):- (1) The easterly 330 feet fronting on Finch Avenue of the westerly 660 feet of Lot 22 in the 2nd Concession of the Township of Pickering having a depth northerly from Finch Avenue of 660 feet and owned in July 1971 by J. L. Klesitz and Louis Rotter. (2) The westerly 127 feet fronting on Finch Avenue of the easterly 660 feet of Lot 21 in the 2nd Concession of the Township of Pickering having a depth northerly from Finch Avenue of 360 feet and owned in July 1971 by E. Long. (3) The most westerly 100 feet fronting on Finch Avenue of Lot 20 in the 2nd Concession of the Township of Pickering having a depth northerly from Finch Avmze of 187 feet and owned as of July 1971 by G. Skerrett. (4) The easterly 106 feet of the most westerly 206 feet fronting on Finch Avenue of Lot 20 in the 2nd Concession of the Township of Pickering having a depth northerly from Finch Avenue of 187 feet and owned in July 1971 by E.
