THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF PICKERING.
BY-LAW NUMBER
A By-Law authorizing the execution of
an Agreement of Purchase for part of
road allowance as shown as Parts 6 and
25 on Plan of Survey P.2310-135.
WHEREAS the Council agreed to accept the offer of purchase
received from the Department of Transport and Communications,
for part road allowance as shown as Parts 6 and 25 on Plan
of Survey P2310-135, and registered as Plan 40-R-549.
and WHEREAS the said Parts 6 and 25 are required for the
future widening of 401 Highway at Brock Road and Highway
401.
The Council of the Corporation of the Township of
Pickering-therefore ENACTS AS FOLLOWS.
1. THAT the Council accept the offer of $1.00 as nominal
fee for parts 6 and 25 as shown on Plan of Survey
P2310-135 and registered as Plan 40-R-549 attached
hereto and forming a part of this By-Law as Scheduled
"AfT.
2. AND FURTHER THAT the Reeve and Clerk be authorized
to execute the Agreement of Purchase to the Department
of Transport and Communications for these parts of road
allowance, shown as parts 6 and 25 on plan, registered
as Plan 40-R-549.
By-Law read a first, second and third time and PASSED in
