BY-LAW NUMBER I
Being a by-law to authorize the
Reeve and Clerk to execute an
agreement between Bramalea
Consolidated Developments Limited
and the Corporation of the Township
of Pickering.
WHEREAS Bramalea Consolidated Developments Limited propose
to develop Block Y, Plan M-16 in Township Lot 23, Range 3
Broken Front Concession;
AND WHEREAS the Township Council in Committee of the Whole
have reviewed the said agreement and have recommended to
Council that the said agreement be entered into;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Township
of Pickering authorize the Reeve and Clerk to execute the
said agreement, dated December 30, 1970.
By-law read a First, Second and Thir Time and PASSED
in open Council this day of 1971.
