BY-LAW NUMBER 6
Being a by-law to authorize the
execution of an agreement between
J. D. S. Investments Limited and
the Corporation of the Township of
Pickering.
WHEREAS the owners propose to develop a parcel of land
in the Township of Pickering in Part Lot 22, Concession 1;
AND WHEREAS in order to facilitate the development of
said lands, the owners have agreed to enter into an
agreement with the Township of Pickering;
AND WHEREAS the said agreement has been reviewed by the
Public Utilities Committee recommending acceptance of
the agreement with an amendment to Clause 11;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Township
of Pickering enacts as follows:
THAT the Reeve and Clerk are hereby authorized to execute
an agreement dated the 12th day of May, 1971, as amended,
between J. D. S. Investments Limited and the Corporation of
the Township of Pickering.
By-Law read a First, Second and Third Time and PASSED in
Open Council this day of "At1' - 1971.
