BY-LAW NUMBER Being a by-law to authorize the
execution by the Reeve and Clerk
of an Agreement to Lease dated
April 27, 1971, between Independent
Mutual Benefit Federation, Branch #12,
and the Corporation of the Township of
Pickering for the A.D.Y. Park Swimming
Pool.
WHEREAS by Resolution #406/70, the Council have authorized
the Parks and Recreation Director to negotiate an agree-
ment for the use of the A.D.Y. Swimming Pool;
AND WHEREAS it is desirable that the Municipality enter
into such an agreement;
BE IT THEREFORE ENACTED that the Reeve and Clerk be
authorized to execute the said agreement.
