Being a by-law to authorize the Reeve
and Clerk to execute a Pipe Crossing
Agreement between the Corporation of
the Township of Pickering and the
Canadian National Railway Company.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF
PICKERING ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. That the Reeve and Clerk be authorized to execute
a Pipe Crossing Agreement dated June 1, 1971,
between the Corporation of the Township of Pickering
and the Canadian National Railway Company
(Mileage 312.63 Kingston Subdivision).
By-law read a First, Second and Third Time and PASSED
in open Council this '?j- day of , 1971.
