Being a by-law to authorize the
execution of an Agreement of Purchase
and Sale between the Corporation of
the Township of Pickering and Aprile
Contracting Limited dated the 17th
day of May, 1971.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF
PICKERING ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. That the Reeve and Clerk be authorized to
execute an Agreement of Purchase and Sale
between the Corporation of the Township of
Pickering and Aprile Contracting Limited
dated the 17th day of May, 1971. (Pt. Lot 19,
Concession 4)
READ a First, Second and Third Time and PASSED in
open Council this day of d? ?C 1971.
