BY-LAW NUMBER 3qq
Being a by-law to authorize the Reeve
and Clerk to sign an addendum to the
agreement dated February 25, 1971,
between Palm Drive Developments,
Invar Consultants Limited, and the
Corporation of the Township of
Pickering.
Whereas the said agreement contained no provisions to
allow the construction of model homes for display purposes
only;
AND WHEREAS Council have agreed by Resolution #171/71
to permit the erection of model homes (not for sale or
occupancy) on Lots 18 - 36 inclusive according to Plan
M-909;
BE IT THEREFORE AGREED that the Reeve and Clerk be
authorized to sign the addendum to the original agreement.
By-Law read a First, Second and Third Time and PASSED
in open Council this ?7 day of 1971.
