Being a By-law to authorize the
Reeve and Clerk to sign an Agreement
dated December 29, 1970, between
the Corporation of the Township of
Pickering and Warnock & Johnson Ltd.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF
PICKERING ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. That the Reeve and Clerk be authorized to sign
an Agreement dated December 29, 1970, between
the Corporation of the Township of Pickering
and Warnock & Johnson Ltd., said Agreement will
permit the use of the Valley Farm Road for
purposes of vehicular traffic carrying granular
material in access of gross weight restrictions
as prescribed for a Class B highway under the
Highways Traffic Act of Ontario or the Municipal
Act.
Read a First, Second and Third Time and PASSED in open
Council this day of 1971.
