Being a By-law to authorize the
execution of a deed in favour of
The Metropolitan Toronto and
Region Conservation Authority
for Part Lot 12 in Concession 4,
Township of Pickering.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF
PICKERING ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. That the Reeve and Clerk be authorized to
execute a deed, dated February 10, 1971, in
favour of the Metropolitan Toronto and Region
Conservation Authority for Part Lot 12,
Concession 4 of the Township of Pickering,
designated as Part 2 on a plan deposited in
the Registry Office for the Registry Division
of the County of Ontario as Plan R.D.407.
Read a First, Second and Third Time and PASSED in
open Council this (? day of , 1971.
