Being a by-law to authorize the
execution of an Agreement between
The Corporation of the Township
of Pickering and the Claremont
Recreation Association dated
April 5, 1971.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF
PICKERING ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. That the Reeve and Clerk be authorized to
execute an Agreement made between The
Corporation of the Township of Pickering and
the Claremont Recreation Association dated
April 5, 1971.
READ a First, Second and Third Time and PASSED in
Open Council this a day of C- , 1971.
