execution of an Agreement between
The Corporation of the Township
of Pickering and Highland Creek
Sand & Gravel Co. Limited dated
the 29th day of December 1970.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF
PICKERING ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. That the Reeve and Clerk be authorized to execute
an Agreement made between The Corporation of the Township
of Pickering and Highland Creek Sand & Gravel Co. Limited
dated the 29th day of December 1970.
