A By-law of the Corporation of the
Township of Pickering to authorize
the execution of an agreement between
the Township of Pickering and Kuno E.
Stockelbach.
WHEREAS the Township of Pickering and Kuno E. Stockelbach
have entered into a Site Plan Agreement;
AND WHEREAS the said Site Plan Agreement meets the con-

BE IT THEREFORE ENACTED that the Reeve and Clerk be authorized
to execute said agreement.
