HomeMy WebLinkAboutBy-law 3966/71THE CORPORATION OF THE TOlolINSHIP OF PICKERING BY-LAW NUMBER ?q WHEREAS by By-law No. 2511 as amended by By-Law No. 3179 the lands as hereinafter more particularly described were classified as waterfront Zone 03B set forth on the zoning map being Schedule "All to the said By-law; AND WHEREAS pursuant to Section 5.25.1 of the said By-law No. 2511 as amended by By-law No. 3179, the said lands were established and identified on the zoning map aforementioned as a holding zone by reason of the symbol (H) preceding the classification symbol 03B; AND WHEREAS the owners of the lands hereinafter described have applied to the Township of Pickering to remove the symbol (H) preceding the classification 03B on the zoning map being Schedule VIA" of the said By-law so far as same is applicable to the lands hereinafter described; THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Township of Pickering enacts as follows: (1) The Corporation of the Township of Pickering By-law No. 2511 as amended by By-law hereby further amended by the classification symbol being Schedule "All to the the lands and premises mo.- follows: No. 3179 is any removal of the 03B set out on said By-law as re particularly I the same is symbol (H) preceding the zoning map same pertains to described as ALL AND SINGULAR that certain parcel or tract of land and premises situate, lying and being in the Township of Pickering in the County of Ontario, and being composed of the whole of Lot number 26 as shown on a plan filed in the Office of Land Titles at Whitby as number M-$9. --2-- (2) This By-law shall come into force upon receiving the approval of the Ontario Municipal Board and when so approved shall be effective on and from the date this By-law is passed.
