BY-LAW NUMBER
Being a by-law to execute a Statutory
Lease dated the 30th day of September
1969, between The Corporation of the
Township of Pickering and Herbert Agnitsch.
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE
TOWNSHIP OF PICKERING ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
That the Reeve and Clerk be authorized to execute a
Statutory Lease between the Corporation of the
Township of Pickering and Herbert Agnitsch dated the
30th day of September, 1969.
Read a First, Second and Third Time and PASSED in
open Council this __L_,, day of , -)&?J, 1971.
