A By-law of the Corporation of the Town-
ship of Pickering to appoint three
members to the Court of Revision
HEREAS Section 1 of The Local Improvement Act is amended to
provide for the establishment of a Court of Revision;
AND WHEREAS a Court of Revision shall consist of three or five
nembers;
AND WHEREAS the Council of the Township of Pickering may appoint
such members and pay such remuneration and expenses as Council
;nay by by-law provide;
3E IT THEREFORE ENACTED by the Municipal Council of the Township
:)f Pickering that the following persons be appointed to the Court
of Revision and be paid the rate of per diem and /5 -4
oer mile.

Mr. John Pavey
