A By-law of the Corporation of the
Township of Pickering to appoint
members to the Township of Pickering
Public Library Board, and to repeal
By-law Number 3794/70.
WHEREAS The Public Libraries Act, 1966, under Section 5, Subsection
2, provides for the appointment of members to a Public Library
Board;
AND WHEREAS By-law 3218 of the Township of Pickering created a public
library for the whole Township;
BE IT THEREFORE ENACTED that the following persons shall comprise
the Library Board of the Township of Pickering and shall serve for
the term indicated.
1. The following members are hereby appointed for the period in-
dicated:
Mrs. J. Mooney to Jan4any 1, 1971 (Separate School)
Mrs. E. Walcott to Ja ua-ry 1971 (Separate School)
2. The following shall continue as members for the periods in-
dicated:
