A By-Law of the Corporation of the
Township of Pickering to appoint
members to the Township of Pickering
Committee of Adjustment.
BE IT ENACTED by the Municipal Council of the Township of
Pickering that:
1. The Committee of Adjustment shall consist of five (5)
members appointed at large.
2. The following members are hereby appointed as members for
the periods indicated:

3. The following shall continue as members for the periods
indicated:
David Hawthorne to January 1st, 1973.
G. Beckstead to January 1st, 1972
9,0,Holmes to January 1st, 1972
4. The members shall hold office until replaced by another by-law.
5. The members shall be paid hiidF ; ec- Dn_,,ees per diem,
plus ./,;?4 F'F,2 .?,.. per mile necessarily travelled in
this capacity.
6. By-Law Number 377070 be and the same is hereby repealed
insofar as it effects this by-law.
7. This By-Law shall become effective on date of passing.
