BY-LAW NUMBER
Being a By-law to authorize execution
of an agreement dated the 18th day of
January, 1971.
WHEREAS by Resolution of Council # Zc,/7j
dated the 18th day of January, 1971, it was provided
that the Corporation enter into an agreement with
Whitehall Development Corporation Limited;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY ENACTED:
1. That the Reeve and Clerk be authorized to execute
the agreement dated the 18th day of January, 1971
between the Corporation of the Township of Pickering
and Whitehall Development Corporation Limited

to permit the division of Block "V" of Plan M-19 into
six residential lots.
Read a First, second and third time and passed in
open Council this t's?? day of i , 1971.
