Being a By-law to authorize the
execution of an agreement dated
the 11th day of January, 1971.
WHEREAS by Resolution of Council # /17%
dated January 18th, 1971, it was provided that the
Corporation of the Township of Pickering enter into
an agreement with Steve Stavro;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY ENACTED:
1. That the Reeve and Clerk be authorized to execute
the agreement dated the 11th day of January, 1971,
between the Corporation of the Township of
Pickering and Steve Stavro.
Read a First, Second and Third Time and PASSED in open
