A By-Law of the Corporation of the
Township of Pickering to appoint a
Warble-Fly Inspector for the year
1971, and to repeal By-Law 3751/70.
'WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Township of
Pickering passed By-Law Number 1942, whereby the Township is
now under the Warble-Fly Act;
BE IT THEREFORE ENACTED by the Municipal Council of the
Corporation of the Township of Pickering that:
1. cugLN GfFdS/A) be and he is hereby appointed Warble-
Fly Inspector for the Township of Pickering.
2. The said Warble-Fly Control Inspector shall comply with
the regulations of the Warble-Fly Act, collect all fees
and pay same over to the Township Treasurer as collected.
3. That an Honorarium of $,? C-6 -°% be paid to the said
&I11LA) GRIS/' d , while acting as Warble-Fly Inspector
in addition to his regular rate of pay.
4. AND THAT By-Law Number 3751/70 be and the same is hereby
repealed.
By-Law read a First, Second and Third Time and PASSED in open
Council this vt4 day of 1971.
