A By-law of the Corporation of the
Township of Pickering tn appoint a
Poundkeeper and Fenceviewers for the
said Municipality for the year 1971.
BE IT ENACTED by the Municipal Corporation of the Township of
Pickering:
1. THAT the followinm named person be and is hereby appoin*ed
Poundkeeper for the Township of Pickering for the year
1971.
K. Balsdon
2. THAT the following named persons be and they ar, hereby
appointed Fenceviewers of the Township of Pickering for
the year 1971.
Fred Puckrin
W. H. Carson
Alex Robertson
Leonard Gates
Paul Wellman
3. THAT the Poundkeeper and Fenceviewers appointed heretorore
shall continue to hold office as such respectively aft '---
the the expiration of the year 1971 until such time as th it
successors shall have been aopoi.nted in the year 1972.
The,fee for each fenceviewing inspection shall be and
-??_ per mile for mileage travelled necessarily on Township
5isiness.
By-Law Number 3755/70 be and the same is hereby repealed.
Read a first, second and third time and PASSED in open Council
this dair of 1971.
