Being a By-law to authorize the
execution of a Deed dated December
14th, 1973 between C. T. Windows
Limited and the Corporation of the
Township of Pickering.
The Corporation of the Township of Pickering ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. That the Reeve and the Clerk be authorized to execute
a Deed to convey industrial land to C. T. Windows
Limited.
By-law read a First, Second and Third time and PASSED this
day of 1973.
