BY-LAW NUMBER #49>, /73
Being a by-law to dedicate certain
lands as a public highway pursuant
to s. 443 of The Municipal Act, R.S.O.
1970
WHEREAS by By-law 4386/73 the Corporation of the Township of
Pickering stopped up and closed the road allowance known as
Industrial Road;
AND WHEREAS lands have been conveyed to the Corporation of the
Township of Pickering for use as a public highway and it is
deemed necessary to dedicate the said lands as a public highway.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY ENACTED by the Council of
the Corporation of the Township of Pickering that the lands
designated as Parts 1, 3, 5, 10, 15, 16, 17, 43, 64, and 19, on
Reference Plan 40R-923 and the lands designated as parts 2, 4,
and 9, on Reference Plan 40R-640 save and except Part 21, Plan
40R-923 as shown on Schedule "A" hereto annexed are hereby
dedicated as a public highway.
By-law read a First, Second and Third Time and PASSED in open
Council this I day of (d/ 1973.
