Being a By-law to authorize the
execution of a Site Plan Agreement
between the Corporation of the
Township of Pickering and
H. & J. Graham
The Corporation of the Township of Pickering enacts as follows:
1. That the Reeve and Clerk be authorized to sign
a Site Plan Agreement between H. & J. Graham
(Pt. Lots 33, 34 and 35, Range 3) and the
Corporation of the Township of Pickering.
By-law read a First, Second and Third Time and PASSED this
14 day of December 1973.
