Being a By-law to authorize the
execution of an agreement between
Bramalea Consolidated Developments
Limited and the Corporation of the
Township of Pickering
WHEREAS Council has reviewed and adopted the draft
form of agreement as prepared by the Township
Solicitor between Bramalea Consolidated Developments
Limited and the Corporation of the Township of Pickering,
the Council of the Corporation of the Township of Pickering
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
That the Reeve and Clerk be authorized to execute an
agreement between Bramalea Consolidated Developments Limited
and the Corporation of the Township of Pickering for a Plan
of Subdivision on Part Blocks 1 and 5, Registered Plan 353,
Lot 28, Concession 1 of the Township of Pickering
By-law read a first, second and third time and PASSED
