BY-LAW NUMBER 72 1-1:5
Being a By-law to authorize the
execution of an agreement between
Simon-Henry Kaptyn Estates Limited
and the Corporation of the Township
of Pickering.
WHEREAS Council has reviewed and adopted the draft
form of agreement as prepared by the Township
Solicitor between Simon-Henry Kaptyn Estates Limited
and the Corporation of the Township of Pickering, the
Council of the Corporation of the Township of Pickering
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
That the Reeve and Clerk be authorized to execute an
agreement between Simon-Henry Kaptyn Estates Limited
and the Corporation of the Township of Pickering for
a Plan of Subdivision on Part Lot 17, Range 3, Broken
Front Concession of the Township of Pickering.
By-law read a first, second and third time and PASSED
in open Council this day of December, 1973.
