Being a By-law to authorize the
execution of an Offer to Purchase
dated the 19th day of November
1973, between the Township of Pickering
and Fitz-Henry and Whiteside Limited.
The Corporation of the Township of Pickering enacts as follows:
1. That the Reeve and the Clerk be authorized to execute
an offer to Purchase dated the 19th day of November
1973, between the Corporation of the Township of
Pickering and Fitz-Henry and Whiteside Limited.
By-law read a First, Second and Third Time and PASSED this
